The Marketplace is a curated library of professional applications ready to be deployed to your workspace. Whether you need a standardized “Corporate Schedule” or a complex “KPI Management” suite, the Marketplace offers a fast track to value, allowing you to skip the “blank page” phase.
1. How to Access
The Marketplace is built directly into the builder experience.
- Open the AI Solutions Builder product from your home screen.
- Click the Marketplace tab in the left sidebar menu.
2. Browsing & Details
You can browse apps by category or search for specific solutions. Each app card provides key details at a glance:
- Industry/Category: To help you find relevant tools.
- Preview: High-quality screenshots and descriptions of the app’s features.
Live Demo (Try Before You Install)
You do not have to guess if an app fits your needs.
Look for the Live Demo button on the app details page. This launches a fully interactive, read-only version of the application. You can navigate through screens, test buttons, and feel the user experience before you decide to download it to your workspace.
3. Published App Limits
Understanding the rules of the Marketplace ensures you manage your workspace capacity effectively. Your Mogno Plan defines a specific limit for Launched Apps (apps that are published and accessible to users).
- How Marketplace Apps count: Once you click “Publish” on a downloaded app, it counts towards your plan’s limit, exactly like an app you built from scratch.

If you need to free up a slot, you must Unpublish an existing app or upgrade your plan to increase your capacity.

4. Updates & Versioning (How it Works)
When you download an application from the Marketplace, you receive a full, working copy of it as it exists at that moment.
- No Automatic Sync: Because you have full freedom to customize the logic, screens, and workflows of these apps, we do not push automatic updates. This ensures we never accidentally break your specific business customizations.
- New Versions: If a creator releases a “V2.0” in the store, it is treated as a new product. You can download it, but it will not overwrite or update your existing “V1.0” app.
5. Support & Customizations
When you use Monica or manual tools to edit the logic, flows, or database structure of a downloaded app, your team assumes the responsibility for maintaining those specific custom changes.
